The short answer? Yes! Often people worry that they aren't fit enough, their goals are too small or large, or they simply won't like exercising. It is my job to find a way for us to work together that suits your experience levels, physical capabilities and, arguably most importantly, create a programme that plays to the things you enjoy.
If you have a pre-existing medical condition or an injury I may refer you to a doctor or physiotherapist to get clearance to train or receive treatment to ensure you are receiving the most appropriate support.
Your first step is a consultation - we'll have a chat (either in person or via video call), establish what you're wanting to achieve, and then put together a plan to help you get there!
Once we're on our way, we will have regular reviews to keep you on track and to establish new goals as they arise.
That depends on your goal! I strongly believe that exercise and a healthy lifestyle should be a regular feature of everybody's lives and am happy to support you with that for as long as is appropriate. Many clients will see personal training as an ongoing commitment to this lifestyle; whereas others may be seeking help to prepare for a specific event - a wedding or holiday perhaps. In our initial consultation we will ensure that your goals are realistic and achievable and set a time frame that sets you up to succeed.
